They will have two receptions after the ceremony while one of them is private. Sir Elton John will perform at the second private reception.
He was a close friend of Princess Diana.
The Food
London based baker, Claire Ptak is going to make the cake for the wedding. She has chosen a lemon elderflower cake covered with buttercream and fresh flowers for the ceremony. We can only imagine how yum that will be!

Meanwhile, the Windsor Castle’s kitchen staff will be making rest of the food. All ingredients have been picked from home counties and lands associated with Queen Elizabeth II.
The Photographer
Although they had many options, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle chose Alexi Lubomirski. He is the same photographer who took their engagement portraits.
Bridesmaids and Page Boys
Bridesmaids at the royal wedding are always children and almost never adult women. The only exception was Pippa Middleton, sister of Duchess Kate. Princess Charlotte, who is Prince William’s daughter and Prince Harry’s niece, is going to be one of the bridesmaids.
The other bridesmaid will be Ivy Mulroney who is the daughter of Jessica and Ben Mulroney. They are both Meghan’s longtime friends.
Prince George is going to fulfill the duties of a page boy.
Other than George, Ivy’s twin brothers, Brian and John Mulroney will be the page boys.
Although these are the main names, there are other bridesmaids and page boys too. They are all Meghan and Prince Harry’s goddaughters and godsons. While this is all set it is also noteworthy that Meghan does not have a maid of honor.
The Guest List for the Royal Wedding
Other than the royal family members (with the exception of Prince Louis), Meghan Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland will be attending the wedding.
Although 600 guests have been invited to the wedding, some of the prominent guest names are worth mentioning. These include Princess Diana’s siblings, David and Victoria Beckham and Serena Williams. Moreover the cast of Suits, Misha Nonoo, Millie Mackintosh and Priyanka Chopra will also be there. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are inviting 1,200 members of the public “from every corner of the United Kingdom”.

The dress and makeup
Everyone is making assumptions about Meghan’s dress although nothing has been confirmed yet. According to the bookmakers, Meghan will choose Alexander McQueen. Other guesses are Erdem, Roland Mouret, Inbal Dror, Jenny Packham, and Ralph and Russo. Despite much speculation, we will just have to wait for the wedding day to see the dress.
Reportedly, Meghan Markle is not hiring any makeup artists. She will do her own makeup and her friends will help her.
Prince Charles will walk Meghan Markle down the aisle. This is also a first in history of broken traditions.
After much drama, it has been decided that Prince Charles will walk Meghan down the aisle. This is the best news regarding the royal wedding.
